Olympic gold medallist Darren Campbell presents a new show to inspire, motivate and encourage people on their sporting journey.

How do elite athletes get to the next level? What gets a couch potato off the sofa and into sport? How can we get our youngsters interested in sport and how do we build on the success of our athletes in Rio?

In the first show Darren takes Olympic hockey hero Sam Quek back to her first club to meet the people who inspired her to gold medal success. He will also talk to three times Paralympic gold medalist Hannah Cockcroft and boxing promoter Barry Hearn who wants to create a World Cup of Gymnastics in London from next year.
