Tom Redmond presents the 大象传媒 Philharmonic in concert live from MediaCityUK in Salford, conducted by Nicholas Collon. New Generation Artist alumnus Leonard Elschenbroich performs Walton's Cello Concerto as part of Afternoon on 3's British Music Season, before the orchestra take centre stage with Strauss's Till Eulenspiegel. Then it's back to the studio with Katie Derham who celebrates the centenary of Ginastera's birth with a performance of his Piano Concerto No.2 performed by Xiayin Wang.
