The Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne talks about the band's new single The Castle and reflects on his career. Artist Alfie Bradley guest edits the first hour of the programme looking at the power of art to change people's lives. His Knife Angel sculpture is made from 100 thousand knifes confiscated by the police or handed in at knife amnesties. Plus former Panorama reporter Tom Mangold talks about working on some of the biggest stories of the 20th century including the Profumo Affair and the Krays.
