Surprise surprise, waiting lists are up again. Health minister Michelle O'Neill has a new plan to tackle the problem. It's due to be announced in January. Also on the programme, imagine catching up to seven rats a day in your back garden! That's what a County Down family say they've had to deal with for four years as they fight a rat infestation. The family - who want to remain anonymous - live in Oaklands, just off the Old Newry Road in Loughbrickland. They say the vermin problem has got so bad they no longer allow their two children - aged eight and three - outside to play. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to speak to them and also knocked on the doors of other neighbours - and one of them told her they no longer allow their disabled child into their back garden.
