Theresa May says Christians should feel free to talk about their religion at work and in public places in the same way as "sport, hobbies and family life". It's something that was touched upon earlier this week when the chairman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission warned that over-anxious employers were failing to celebrate Christmas for fear of offending other staff.
