Cod and chips may well be one of the UK's favourite meals, but with declining fish stocks and the impact of climate change how about squid and chips instead? Dr John Pinnegar of Cefas, the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science, says new research shows a change in the fish around the UK , and we should make the most of it. He's presenting his findings today to the annual meeting of the British Ecological Society in Liverpool.
