Thursday - Petroc Trelawny

Petroc Trelawny presents Radio 3's breakfast show. With the 大象传媒 Singers live in the studio performing the final shortlist of six carols in the 2016 Radio 3 Carol Competition.

Petroc Trelawny presents Radio 3's classical breakfast show. The 大象传媒 Singers will also be live in the studio performing the final shortlist of 6 carols in the Radio 3 Carol Competition. Amateur composers were invited to set a a modern version of a Medieval English poem poem called "Alleluia! A new work is come on hand". Listeners will then be invited to vote for the overall winner. To vote for your favourite, go to bbc.co.uk/radio3. Voting closes at 5pm on December 21st and the winning carol will be performed live in the studio on December 22nd.
