Dr Giles Yeo joins Peter White to discuss his new 大象传媒 Two documentary where he debunks the health benefits of clean eating diets. Clean eating and the personalities that promote the recipes have been criticised for encouraging people to remove certain foods from their diet and promoting unhealthy eating habits.
