Tom Kerridge talks about his new cook and health book, Tom Kerridge's Dopamine Diet, which includes recipes and advice aimed at raising your dopamine levels and general health. Tom said he likes a low-carb diet because it means he can eat more steak!
Actor Neil Patrick Harris was on the programme. Perhaps best known as child genius Doogie Howser MD, he's now playing the creepy guardian of the Beaudelaire children, Count Olaf, in Netflix's new version of A Series of Unfortunate Events. He told Sarah he gave as much guidance as possible to his young co-stars Louis Hynes and Malina Weissman.
Actor Jason Watkins came on the programme after contacting us following 12-year-old Caitie's guest edit on dyslexia last week. Jason and his nine-year-old daughter also have dyslexia. Jason wanted to talk to Caitie on the show about how he manages his condition.
