Theresa May warns Britain could withdraw some of its intelligence sharing with the United States if Donald Trump presses ahead with plans to reintroduce torture techniques, including waterboarding. The Prime Minister is preparing to meet the President in Washington. The Shadow Early Years Minister Tulip Siddiq resigns from the shadow cabinet in protest at Jeremy Corbyn's insistence that his front bench vote in favour of triggering Article 50. The Justice Secretary, Liz Truss, says record levels of suicide, assault and self-harm in English and Welsh prisons amount to "a very serious situation."
