He talks to Marin Alsop, who'll be giving a conducting masterclass especially for women at London's Southbank Centre on Friday, before conducting the 大象传媒 Symphony Orchestra in the Total Immersion: Philip Glass weekend at the Barbican. Mezzo-soprano Alice Coote sings live in the studio ahead of her Friday recital at London's Wigmore Hall; Danish group Trio Vitruvi also perform there on Friday (at lunchtime) but not before they've played live for us on In Tune.
