The government sets plans to increase housebuilding in England. MPs and peers are told they will get a vote on the final Brexit deal before it is put to the European Parliament.

MPs and peers learn they will be given a vote on whether to accept the final Brexit deal, before it's put to the European Parliament. And the government promises to "defeat the menace" of clever seagulls.
