Edi Stark sits in for Janice Forsyth with live Oscars coverage from Los Angeles, plus a preview of Glasgow Film Festival's closing gala film, Mad to Be Normal.

It's Film Day, we'll preview The The Glasgow Film Festival's Closing Gala film - Mad To Be Normal.

Starring David Tennant, it's the story of world-renowned Scottish psychiatrist RD Laing and his unique '60's community at Kingsley Hall.

Regular Critics, Paul Gallagher & Alison Rowat will share their thoughts on it, and on 'The Best of the Rest of the Fest', which also includes one of the week's big cinema releases - Patriots Day. Starring Mark Whalberg, it's a taut, 'race-against-time' thriller, based around the bombing of the 2013 Boston Marathon and the four-day hunt for the perpetrators.

They will also review I Am Not Your Negro" - inspired and informed by "Remember This House," an unfinished manuscript by James Baldwin in which he aspired to tell the story of America through the death of three friends - Medgar Evers, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr.

Later in the show, Josie Long - comedian, presenter, columnist, actress and film maker, discusses her 8th solo stand up tour, SOMETHING BETTER and her upcoming appearance at The International Glasgow Comedy Festival.

Director, Terence Davies will also be on hand to discuss he latest film, A Quiet Passion a deeply felt reflection on the life of poet Emily Dickinson...

And we'll go live to LA for the latest on Sunday night's Oscar ceremony!
