John Toal presents the final programme in our series from the Belfast Music Society's International Festival of Chamber Music 2017. Opening the programme, pianist V铆kingur 脫lafsson performs Prokofiev's Visions Fugitives, written between 1915 and 1917, the title coming from the Russian 'Mimolyotnosti' inspired by the Russian poet Konstantin Balmont's words "In every fleeting vision I see worlds, Filled with the fickle play of rainbows." The programme finishes with the Trio Gaspard and Saint-Sa毛ns's Piano Trio No 2 in E minor
