Parliament has passed the Brexit bill, paving the way for the government to trigger Article 50, so the UK can leave the European Union. What's making news in Taiwan?
The House of Lords has approved the Brexit bill, allowing the Prime Minister to trigger Article 50. It's also being reported that Theresa May will reject Nicola Sturgeon's demand for a second Scottish independence referendum before negotiations for the UK to leave the European Union are completed. Australia considers a childcare ban on unvaccinated children. There's been widespread criticism in Brazil following the news that a convicted murderer is due to be signed by one of the country's professional football clubs.
