The mother of Westminster attacker Khalid Masood says she is 'shocked, saddened and numbed', and the deadline passes with no new power-sharing deal agreed for Stormont.

For the first time since Khalid Masood carried out a terror attack on Westminster Bridge his mother speaks out and says she's "shocked, saddened and numbed". We hear the latest from Stormont where the Northern Ireland Secretary, James Brokenshire, says there's "no appetite" for more assembly elections as the deadline to agree a new power-sharing deal passes without any agreement being met.
