Car queries; we hear two listeners' issues. Financial ombudsman David Cresswell and consumer expert Jimmy Hughes join Linda and the first ever Consumer Parliament in Belfast.

This week; car queries make up a big part of our complaints bag, looking specifically at two listeners issues; one used car that had been in an accident but the consumer wasn't told and another couple who've been struggling for three years after purchasing two new cars, to resolve their consumer complaints.

Find out if an arbitration scheme or ombudsman could help. Both Financial Ombudsman David Cresswell and On Your Behalf Consumer expert Jimmy Hughes are in the studio, explaining your consumer rights, and why the way you paid might be the way to go.

Plus the first ever Consumer Parliament held this week, a taste of what happened, and the quiz which tested the knowledge of the parliamentarians.
