Simon Cowell, influential music producer and creator of The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, chooses the Tracks of My Years. Today he's chosen songs by George Michael, sharing his admiration for George as a songwriter and Frankie Valli with the track he sings along with. Simon also talks about his early years in the music business; starting in the post room at a record label and working his way up.
