And then they should have their daily 'screen time' limited to an hour a day until they are at least five.

Can you Name the Place
Clue 1: This place is recorded with a Gaelic name in the 11th century, a Latin name in the 12th century, a Scots name in the 13th century, and a French name in the 14th century. But all the names have the same meaning.
