David Brophy conducts the Ulster Orchestra in works by Deirdre Gribbin, Kevin Volans and Ryan Molloy - the world premiere of a concerto composed for violinist Darragh Morgan, inspired by Molloy and Morgan's common heritage in Irish traditional music. There's a UK premiere too, by Olga Neuwirth, with Matthias Pintscher conducting the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Scottish Symphony Orchestra. Tonight's Modern Muses features composer Terry Riley and the leader of the Kronos Quartet David Harrington reflecting on their long collaboration.
