More needs to be done to protect vulnerable marine habitats, according to a new report out today. The report, from a cross-party group of MPs, says the government isn't creating enough new protected areas, and isn't policing the existing zones well enough either. Anna Hill talks to Kerry McCarthy MP, one of the members of the committee which wrote the report.
