He explains why it means so much to him and features three key tracks. This week he's picked Is This It, released by the Strokes in 2001.

Don says, "Straight outta New York City, this 21st garage rock combo delivered a debut album devoid of studio techniques. Stripped down to the
point that there's no fat at all on this record, it proved that rock 'n' roll was indeed alive and well.".
