Election Tour - Future of Subsidies

Continuing a week-long tour of the UK to hear from rural communities about the general election, Midlands farmers and the vice-president of the NFU discuss Brexit and more.

All this week Farming Today is visiting rural locations up and down the UK, to hear what's on people's minds ahead of next month's election. Today Charlotte Smith is in the Midlands, at the livestock auction in Stratford-upon-Avon. She talks to farmers at the market, as well as the vice-president of the NFU. Is the general election all about Brexit for farmers, or is there more to it?

Presented by Charlotte Smith and produced by Emma Campbell.
