Angel, Hamza and Liza: Liza Makes a Birthday Cake
Preschool series. In Peru, Jordan and Russia we visit three children who are having a great time with their friends and families.
Stories about the everyday lives of children living in eight different countries around the world.
In this programme we visit three children who are all having a great time with their friends and families.
In Peru, Angel, who's seven, goes to church, and practises playing his favourite instrument, a special Peruvian drum called the Cajon.
In Accra, the capital of Jordan, eight-year-old Hamza is spending a busy day at school studying maths and playing football.
And in Russia, Liza and her twin brother Styopa are helping to bake an apple cake for their baby sister's birthday.
We see that, although children live in different countries, may look different and speak different languages, the joys and challenges of childhood are universal.
