A breaking story this morning - The Nolan Show can reveal that an investigation is underway into alleged fraud at Belfast City Council. We have been told that a whistleblower has made a number of allegations including overtime fraud.

Is it now time for the secretary of state James Brokenshire to set a deadline for MLA pay being stopped? Alan McQuillan, the former PSNI assistant chief constable who sat on the Independent Review Panel who set MLA pay, has told the Belfast Telegraph "It's time to turn off the tap". He spoke to Stephen this morning.

Plus, staff at childcare projects across NI at risk of losing jobs due to uncertainty over funding. Stephen was joined by Eleanor Jordan, chair of south Belfast Sure Start whose 50 staff have been given protective redundancy notices.
