Clarrie has written Oliver a heartfelt letter of apology. Being able to live at Grange Farm has meant everything to the Grundy family, and they are so sorry Oliver found out about the B&B the way he did. She asks Shula to pass it on to Oliver. Shula is worried that Grey Gables may feel too corporate for Caroline's memorial event. Clarrie suggests that Grange Farm would be the best venue. Shula worries it wouldn't be practical - there would be so much work. But if that's what Oliver wants, Clarrie will make it happen. Oliver embarrasses Ed by coming round to apologise for his behaviour. He thinks Grange Farm would be perfect for Caroline's memorial.

Lilian warns Matt about Justin's plan to get him fired. Matt knows he has no chance with Lilian, but still thinks she's too good for Justin. Lilian advises Matt that his only hope is to apologise to Justin.

Harvesting at Home Farm, Alice catches Pip up on the latest gossip. At the cricket Tracy Horrobin was quizzing Anisha about Rex's sexual prowess, in full earshot of the men. Pip is dubious - is Anisha really Rex's type? Pip's glad to have work as an excuse to avoid Jill's protest against the Duxfords' new restaurant. Alice wishes Jill luck - Borchester won't know what's hit it!
