They've gone to the borders of Pakistan and India and tell Nihal what it's really like. Miss Universe contestant Muna Jama joins Nomia to discuss why she decided to wear a kaftan, after telling contestant organisers she would not wear a swimsuit. Dr Aamir Ayyub is a heart surgeon and is chair of a Manchester based charity called FAMS - he talks to Nihal about raising tens of thousands of pounds for poor medical students who can't afford fees to study medicine in Pakistan. Also, Nihal marks the start of the new Premier League season by talking to football writers and fans.
