Women with Endometriosis and their partners can now get support and advice on coping with a diagnosis. Emma Barnett speaks to Nicky Hudson, Professor of Medical Sociology at De Montfort University whose research has lead to new online resources and couple classes soon to be run by Endometriosis UK. And a couple who have been dealing with the condition since the start of their relationship describe how it affects everything from their social life to sexual intimacy.

Juliet Butler's debut novel The Less You Know the Sounder You Sleep came out of her friendship with the Soviet conjoined twins Masha and Dasha. She met them in Russia in 1988 when working as a journalist, they remained close until Masha and Dasha died 25 years later. Juliet Butler joins Emma to explain why she wanted to tell the story from the point of view of Dasha and why their stories continue to inspire her.
