The United Nations is demanding answers from the UK over disability rights and are new challenger banks suffering because of the old technology they must use to process payments?
Representatives of the UK government go before a UN committee today to explain what has been done to improve rights and equality for disabled people. It follows criticism last year that the government had committed 'grave and systematic' violations of those rights. The government denies this.
Thousands of mostly young people have signed up to new internet banks such as Starling, Atom and Monzo, but as the number of clients grows so have technical glitches. Monzo has been off line twice this year for a day or more. What's behind the glitches and do they threaten the future of these new entrants to the banking world?
Viagogo is accused of overcharging for 大象传媒 Proms tickets. The secondary ticketing business has been the subject of thousands of consumer complaints but there's little sign of a response, remorse or a willingness to change their business model.
Many anglers spend thousands rather than hundreds on their fishing equipment. Until recently the business of selling tackle was overwhelmingly confined to local shops. But no more. We hear from Angling Direct on how they are shaking up the sector.
More older people are starting up businesses. Numbers have doubled in the last ten years. High street banks are now training staff to be more sympathetic to so called 'Olderpreneurs'.
Ever been stung by a copycat website? These are the sites which charge you for public documents that are free from official government websites. We get hundreds of complaints about this. Now the first fines have been handed down to operators, who are charging for services that should be free.
