Sickness levels in the Northern Ireland Civil Service have risen to their highest level in five years. An average of 12.4 days were lost per employee last year - up from 11.7 the previous year. Approximately one in every eight staff had at least one spell of long-term absence lasting around three months on average. Plus, yesterday we heard the story of 47-year-old Paul Houston from Broughshane. He decided enough was enough when it came to problems being overweight at 22 stone. He travelled to Lithuania to have a gastric sleeve operation done on Tuesday. Vinny spoke to Paul to find out how the operation went, and we heard from bariatric surgeon John Loy, who contacted us after he heard Paul's story.

And, "The Dreamboys are back and hotter than ever with a brand-new show for 2017" - so says the seasonal brochure for Belfast's 'Grand Opera House'. The male strip show, marketed as 'the very best girls night out' will hit the stage in Belfast next week to a near sell-out crowd. But is it right that this is promoted as a girls night out? Are men being stereotyped for women's pleasure? If this was a troupe of female strippers being promoted to men, would there be uproar?
