A national ban on the landing of pregnant lobsters is being introduced in a bid to keep the fishery sustainable. Matt Small has been to the National Lobster Hatchery in Padstow to find out more.

Vets are warning horse-owners that the recent high winds could bring down Sycamore seeds which are toxic to horses, and can cause an illness which weakens the muscles and is fatal in seventy percent of cases. Sybil Ruscoe has been to meet Brenda Russell whose horse was poisoned by Sycamore seeds.
