Is it that time already? Marc has the Wedding Present live in session - with strings! Plus Rob Hughes will be dragging him into the Parallel Universe.

Is it that time of year already? Marc has the Wedding Present live in session.

In an now annual autumn tradition indie legends the Wedding Present tour the UK and play a session for Marc Riley - and this time they're bringing a string section with them.

Formed in Leeds in 1985 and led by David Gedge the band found fame and fans with classic albums such as George Best and Tommy. Among those fans was John Peel , with the result that Gedge was a guest on Peel's episode of This Is Your Life.

Plus Rob Hughes will be dragging Marc into the Parallel Universe armed only with an old music paper and some good tunes.

And if that wasn't enough there will be classic archive session tracks from Echo and the Bunnymen, the Undertones, Camera Obscura and the Slits.
