Three of Northern Ireland's top police officers, including the chief constable and his deputy, are under investigation for misconduct.
Three of Northern Ireland's most senior police officers - including Chief Constable George Hamilton and his deputy Drew Harris - are under investigation for alleged misconduct in public office. The Police Ombudsman is also investigating allegations of criminality that could amount to trying to pervert the course of justice.
And is Stormont's house of cards finally about to come tumbling down all around us? We haven't had a government for nine months. And no amount of talking or squabbling, blaming or manoeuvring seems to have brought us any closer to having one. So, yet another deadline looms - I think we've all lost count of how many there have been. And for every step forward, the DUP and Sinn Fein appear to take TWO steps back. Theresa May, who has other things on her mind, will discuss the deadlock with Bill Clinton today. But are they ALL just going through the motions?
