Lammermuir Festival, 2017: Daniel Kharitonov

Young Russian piano virtuoso, Daniel Kharitonov, makes his Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert debut; playing Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt as part of 2017's Lammermuir Festival.

Since winning thirrd prize at the 25th International Tchaikovsky Competition in 2015 at the tender age of 16, Russian piano virtuoso Daniel Kharitonov has played with the Mariinsky Orchestra under Valery Gergiev and the Budapest Festival Orchestra under Iv谩n Fischer. In this, the final programme from this year's Lammermuir Festival, Daniel Kharitonov makes his Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert debut, playing a selection of works from Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt.
