Tony Blair's former chief of staff Jonathan Powell says the border issue is not resolved despite last week's Brexit deal.
The deal was only done on Friday but is it unravelling already? The Brexit Secretary now insists the document is deal struck to move on to phase two of the negotiations is not binding -- it's a statement of intent. But the Taoiseach hit back saying the EU would hold the British Government to account. David Davis said yesterday that the agreement negotiated last Friday was conditional on achieving an "over-arching" trade arrangement with Europe.
