Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino

Formed in 1975, Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino is one of Italy's leading and longest-standing traditional music ensembles, hailing from the Salento, the heel of the Italian boot, in Puglia. Pizzica is a trance-like dance tradition, thought to cure the bite of the tarantella.
