Since becoming an NGA, Ilker Arcayurek's lyrical tenor has delighted audiences at some of Europe's major music festivals, Recently he's made quite a name for himself in songs by Schubert and, as his time as an NGA draws to a close, he bids farewell with this performance of Schubert's winter journey. He's joined by one of Germany's leading song pianists, Marcelo Ameral.
