A Health Minister denies that extra funds have come too late and says there's still money in the pot to help services. Also in the programme: A Conservative former Defence Minister criticises the Treasury for proposing more cuts to the military; and a Labour MP accuses Theresa May of trying to re-brand the Tories with "greenwash".
