Ahead of this weekend's 6 Music LOVES NYC Shaun turns the studio into a 70 NYC Nightclub after 9am as we go all out New York disco. For one morning only, Shaun is live from the World's greatest Nightclub - Welcome to Studio4CS & yes YOU'RE ON THE GUESTLIST! Studio 54 had a reputation for being the world's most exclusive, hardest to get in to nightspot. It opened in 1977 and quickly had a reputation for being the World's greatest nightclub. Famously Bianca Jagger rode in on a white horse for her 30th birthday bash and owner Steve Rubell would splurge on lavish gifts for celebrities to ensure they'd keep coming back. His first rule of partying was "fill the room with guests more interesting than you"

Expect some 70's disco classics, mixed live by DJ Shaun Keaveny as we explore the funkier side to NYC.
