Michael McDonald, the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter performs live in the Radio 2 Piano Room. Ricky Gervais, the comedian, actor and writer picks the Tracks of My Years.

Michael McDonald, the American singer-songwriter performs live in the Radio 2 Piano Room. Michael has been part of iconic groups Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers and released several solo albums. He's also collaborated with numerous other artists including Aretha Franklin, Toto and David Cassidy. Michael has won 5 Grammy Awards and continues to tour and release new music to this day. His solo hits include 'Yah Mo B There' with James Ingram, 'On My Own' with Patti LaBelle and 'Sweet Freedom'.

Ricky Gervais, the comedian, actor, writer, musician, producer, director and awards show host picks the Tracks of My Years with songs from Simon & Garfunkel and Bob Dylan. Ricky's career started to break into the mainstream when his TV show The Office, which he co-created with Stephen Merchant, captured the imagination of the UK TV audience. Although it had a slow start with low ratings it went on to be one of the most successful British comedy exports of all time, with various versions being made all over the world. Since then Ricky has gone on to create and star in hit shows Extras and Derek to huge critical acclaim. He's also hit the big screen with his character David Brent from The Office starring in his own film, Life on The Road. Other movies starring Ricky include The Invention of Lying, Muppets Most Wanted, Ghost Town and Special Correspondents. He's won numerous awards and toured the world with multiple stand up shows. His latest tour Humanity is going to be available on Netflix and the streaming service has already bought the rights to his next tour, which he hasn't even written yet.
