Who was in the wrong - the spitting public figure or the dad who was filming on a mobile while driving a car?

Should Jamie Carragher be given a second chance following the spitting incident?

Former Liverpool and England defender Jamie Carragher has apologised again for the "awful" spitting incident which led to his suspension by Sky Sports.
In a video obtained by The Mirror, Jamie Carragher can be seen winding down his window while a girl's dad winds down his passenger-side window. The dad can then be heard shouting: "Unlucky Jamie lad. Two, one." Carragher reacts by leaning out of his window and spitting towards the car, hitting the girl, who is sitting in the front passenger seat. Other commentators, including presenter Jeremy Vine, have condemned the motorist for using his phone whilst driving.
