Erland Cooper brings his solo roadshow in for a session tonight. Erland is also part of The Magnetic North and Erland and The Carnival.

Erland is from Orkney but now lives in London. His debut solo album is called Solan Goose, each song is entitled with a bird name but in local Orcadian dialect. Apparently it's a record to travel to and evokes themes of migration, restoration and childhood memory.

The tunes Marc's been playing on the show have been truly beautiful, so to hear them in a live situation is going to be a real treat.
