Patients with medical emergencies in remote rural areas can face a long journey before they get treatment. We hear about a trial of five new ambulances in the Scottish Highlands which could change that. The vehicles are fitted with scanners which allow images to be sent ahead by satellite to hospital, for analysis by a doctor. A message is then sent back to the paramedics, so that the right treatment can be started while the patient is still en route.

Trade hostilities have broken out between China and the USA, with many agricultural products affected. What will it mean for UK food producers? Caz Graham finds out.
