The NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra - north Germany's equivalent of the 大象传媒 Symphony Orchestra or 大象传媒 Philharmonic - is resident at the amazing new Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg, famous for its architecture, for its acoustics and for costing more than ten times as much as its original budget by the time it finally opened a year ago.
