A Derry woman has spoken of her shock at discovering sensitive personal information about two strangers among her confidential medical notes. The Western Trust has confirmed there was a recent incident which has been fully investigated and remedial action taken. Cathy Malcolm says she feels her trust has been broken and she didn't get the support she needed. The Western Health Trust said: "The confidentiality of patient records is extremely important. The Trust can confirm that there was a recent incident and, in line with our incident reporting policy, this was fully investigated and remedial action has been taken.".
