What's gone wrong for M&S? Would you pay someone to teach your child how to ride a bike? And should we all work a four-day week?
Marks and Spencer has suffered a steep drop in annual profits, after taking a big charge to cover the cost of closing stores.
The retailer's pre-tax profits fell by 62% to 拢66.8m from 拢176.4m in 2017. This follows the news that Marks and Spencer plans to close 100 stores by 2022 - two in Scotland.
