A Derry postman has just rung a doorbell and it played ‘Oh Susannah’. He didn’t think they made them like that anymore. Sean remembers when they got a doorbell. All their friends would come to the front door to ring it. Even the people that didn’t like them. Janet was married before she got a doorbell.
Frank in Coalisland has been listening to the show for forty years and still hasn’t got a hessian bag.
Patrick the painter missed his request the other day because he had to go into a different room. Sean suggests he brings the radio with him next time.
