with Adil Ray and Angie Greaves

Guests journalist Bryony Gordon and author Guy Stagg, who have both recently taken on physical challenges in order to combat mental health issues.

Bryony Gordon, journalist and author, will talk to Adil and Angie about body image and mental health, after her experience of running the London Marathon, in her underwear, earlier this year. She wanted her daughter, and people like her mum who were made to feel shame about their bodies, to know that there is not just one way to look. She's written a book on the topic, 'Eat, Drink, Run'.

And Guy Stagg will join Adil and Angie in the studio to talk about his experience of walking 5,500km from Canterbury to Jerusalem and the book he's written about his pilgrimage, 'The Crossway'. Although a non believer, he began the journey after suffering several years of mental illness, and through his struggle towards recovery wondered if a pilgrimage would help to provide meaning.
