Garden renovation series. Maureen in Wolverhampton has lupus, so she can't be in direct sunlight. The team design a shady garden she can be out in and enjoy.

Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers are in Wolverhampton to visit Bob and Maureen, who have a south-facing garden and are in desperate need of some shade. Maureen has lupus, and she comes out in bad rashes if her skin is exposed to the sun. As a result, Maureen has been unable to sit out and enjoy her garden for the last few years. Can the team bring the all-important shade that she needs, while also maintaining the colourful plant this Jamaica-born lady loves?

Armed with loads of information and inspiration, Charlie and the Rich brothers head off to design two versions of what they think will be the perfect garden for the couple. However, Bob and Maureen can only pick one. So, after a design pitch, it's up to them to decide which garden brief hits their very particular needs the best.

With a budget of 拢4,000 there is plenty of room for the team to get creative. Knowing that this is such an important garden for Maureen, it is all hands on deck to do as good a job as possible, and no stopping for the rain that falls all day.
