Members of the Association of Jewish Refugees gathered at Speaker's House to commemorate the 80s anniversary of Kindertransport - the scheme that gave 10,000 mainly Jewish children refuge in the UK prior to the start of the Second World War. Politicians read excerpts from the 1938 Parliamentary debate that led to the creation of the Kindertransport, from Wednesday 21 November.
